Tricky iPad Photography

Hello Apple Users Group Members

I found this cool photograph on an Apple page. It's amazing how much talent some people have with photography. This looks like the photographer may have used his own photo as a background, and then used that trick (I blogged about) to snap a screen shot of himself on his Home Page. Let's see if you can duplicate his idea. Just for fun. Go ahead, be creative with your iPad or your iPhone. Then at our next meeting we can show off your creativity.

Good News For AUG Members

The Oak Run Computer Club has offered all Apple Users Group members a free membership in the Computer Club for the remainder of 2012. If you are not already a member of the Computer Club this will give you an opportunity to join them at their informative meetings and take part in their giveaways.

Sandra will have more information and will give out application forms at Friday's meeting. If you need to know how to join the ORCC before then or if you won't be able to make it to this week's meeting just email me at oakrunaug@gmail.com.

Bring your completed application to the next ORCC meeting (June 20) and give it to me at the welcome table. I'll see that your application gets approved and your name badge is made in time for the following meeting. The ORCC meets the third Wednesday at 9:00AM in the Orchid Club.

May 25th Meeting

For next Friday's meeting Sandra Benigno will be conducting another Question and Answer session. Unfortunately we will not have internet access available again until the June meeting.

In a couple of days I'll be announcing a great opportunity for all AUG members. Stay tuned.

I'm still working out of town so I'd like to ask a few of our members to come in about 20 minutes early and help set up the chairs for Sandra. Have fun everyone.
